Dr. Frugoli

Dr. Frugoli was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. He attended Bishop Manogue Catholic High School and continued on to the University of Nevada, Reno. Dr. Frugoli's commitment to education earned him honors at both institutions. He then received his doctorate from the University of Oregon Health Science Center where he graduated top of his class in 1981. Dr. Frugoli continued to receive many awards for his outstanding scholastic abilities. In 1981 he returned to Reno and went to work in private practice where he continues today. Dr. Frugoli is a proud member of the Northern Nevada Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry. American Academy of Orthodontics, and International Congress of Oral Implatology. He attends numerous continuing education classes where he stays abreast of new developments in dentistry, such as the Kois program in which Dr. Frugoli completed and was inducted as a Kois mentor in 2007.

Dr Frugoli is married with 3 children, 3 dogs, and one cat. He enjoys numerous hobbies, such as snow and water skiing, golfing, hunting, yard work and landscaping.

Dr. Dicus

Dr. Mike Dicus is a 3rd generation Nevadan, born and raised in the Reno/Sparks area. He graduated from Sparks High School then received his bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada Reno. From there, Dr. Dicus earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR. While in dental school, Dr. Dicus was known for his lighthearted nature and for his willingness to lend a hand to anyone who needed one. He also takes great pride in being awarded the Wilson/ Schell memorial award for clinical excellence in oral surgery. He is a member of the Northern Nevada Dental Society, Nevada Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In his free time Dr. Dicus enjoys hunting, fishing, biking, and helping coach his boys' football and baseball teams.

Current Member of the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners (2004-present)

Appointed to the Commission on Dental Accredition (American Dental Association) as a Dental Hygiene Review Committee Member (2006-present)

Hobbies: Golf, Water Skiing, Snow Skiing, Scuba Diving, & Construction Projects

Molly

Hello my name is Molly. I was born and raised here in Reno Nevada. I graduated from TMCC Dental Assisting school in 2006. I enjoy fishing, archery, and riding horses.

I'm proud to be a member of the Dr. Frugloi staff and am looking forward to meeting you.

Keri

Born and raised in Paradise Valley, Nevada. I attended the University of Nevada, Reno form 1989-1992. I then went on to attend the University of Nebraska, College of Dentistry. Graduating in 1994, I received a Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene, with a minor in Biology and Chemistry. I have a great love for my dog Keoki, the outdoors, friends, family, traveling, good wine, movies, cooking and great food. I strive to be a good person and surround myself with those who are the same. Dentistry, has been a wonderful career that has allowed me the privilege of taking care of many a great person. So if you are looking to become a patient or are already established with Dr. Frugoli, I look forward to being your Dental Hygienist.

Olivia

When you walk into Dr. Frugoli's office I'll be the first to welcome you. Hi! My name is Olivia and I am very fortunate to be working in this office. I'm very much a people's person, and currently enjoy being a Jazzercise Instructor. My other interests include Nascar, bowling, and best of all spending quality time with family and friends. Hopefully, you will be one of the many I'll be greeting in our office.

Erlinda

When I was eighteen years old, I started this career by assisting the dentist. I have seen the technology and the techniques not only benefit the patients, but also benefit the staff. By assisting the dentist, I was able to provide the patients with the knowledge of why dental health is so important. Now as the insurance clerk, I can assist you the patient, with the knowledge of how you can work with your insurance company and be able to afford the dental health that you deserve.

My husband and I are proud to have two great children. We are watching them teach the next generation how important dental health is. As I get older I have realized getting a good night sleep and enjoying food is a great pleasure. So come visit our office and I will help you to realize one of life's greatest pleasures.

Hi Everyone,
It's Anna banana. I started my Dental Journey in 1985 and have loved it every step of the way. I have been part of Dr. Frugoli's Dental family since 1990. Not only does he do superior dental work. We will make you feel comfortable and treat you with the highest standards. Along with taking care of your dental needs we can belt out a song like nobody's business. Sometimes we'll add a dance move to it.

Outside of dentistry my life consists of my wonderful family: husband daughter and granddaughter who I can't get enough time with any of them. And I can't forget my favorite dog: Bubba, come visit us at the office. There's a chair waiting for you.

Christine

Christine Penrose has been a member of Dr Frugoli's team since March of 1999. Her knowledge, drive, experience, and enthusiasm for individuals and their dental health can be seen through her work as a Dental assistant. In l987 Christine graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Truckee Meadows Community College, a goal she had set for herself in just the 5th grade. Along with knowledge and passion Christine's diverse experience in general dentistry as well as Orthodontics, Periodontics, and oral surgery make her an asset to Dr. Frugoli's practice Christine is married and a proud mom.

Denise

I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist with Dr. Frugoli's office since 1989 ,I have enjoyed working in the Dental profession for 38 years.

I love working with the patients and seeing their happy smiles after they have completed their treatment with Dr. Frugoli. I have enjoyed seeing the families we have as patients over the years and feel like they are an extension of my own family.

I grew up in San Diego, California and moved to the Reno /Lake Tahoe area in 1982. I attended University of Reno and Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz, Calif.

My husband is a Commercial Photographer and owns Vance Fox Photography, We have one child who is ll years old and is in 6th Grade, we are having a great time watching our son play Pop Warner Football this year.My family and I love snow skiing, going to Baja and Maui, and water sports,windsurfing,Surfing,and our latest adventure Kite Boarding.

Gail

It is hard for me to believe that I have been cleaning teeth here in Reno since 1985! As a result, I have worked in many dental offices during the past 25 years and I can assure you that you have found a terrific "dental home" with Dr. Frugoli and his staff.

When I am not in the dental office I enjoy snow-skiing, cycling, reading, and occasionally drinking a nice glass of Chardonnay. My husband and I are avid Wolf Pack fans, so you may bump into me at football and basketball games. I have two daughters who play college softball, one in NYC and the other in Charleston, SC, and it seems like I'm always planning some sort of trip to the East Coast to see them.

I look forward to meeting you and will do whatever I can to make your dental appointment an enjoyable one!

Janna

My name is Janna and I am a dental hygienist at Dr. Frugoli's. I was born and raised in Reno where I attended UNR and TMCC. I then moved to Las Vegas where I attended the CCSN dental hygiene program. I received my associates in dental hygiene in 2007.

My husband and I recently had our daughter Ellie. She is such our pride and joy. I can't forget to mention our two dogs Bo and Hoss since they are a part of our family as well! In our free time my husband and I love watching all of Ellie's new facial expressions and hearing new noises. We love hanging out with friends and family while watching college football, especially UNR. Go Pack!
